Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and how we take care of your order—nice and simple.

Where we ship

Right now, Patchies ships within the United States only.

If you’re outside the U.S., don’t worry—just reach out through our Contact page and we’ll see what we can do.

Processing time

Most orders are packed up and ready to go within 3–5 business days.

Some special orders may take a little longer (especially if they need to be printed), but we’ll always do our best to get your order stitched up and sent out as soon as possible.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery speed depends on the carrier and your location.

(We wish we could control the mail magic… but we can’t 😅)

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll send it along once it ships.

Address check

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

🧺 Returns + Refunds

We want you to love your order, and we’ll always be fair.

Because Patchies items are printed products, we can only accept returns/refunds for:

✅ Damaged items

✅ Incorrect items

✅ Unopened items (case-by-case)

Important

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

When you reach out, please include:

your order number

a quick message about what happened

photos (if something arrived damaged)

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

📦 Lost / Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:

check around your home (porch, side door, mailbox area)

ask neighbors or household members

check with your local post office

If you still need help after that, please contact us through the Contact page and we’ll do our best to assist.

❌ Cancellations

Need to cancel? We understand.

Please reach out as quickly as possible through our Contact page.

If an order has already started processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
