We want you to love your order, and we’ll always be fair.
Because Patchies items are printed products, we can only accept returns/refunds for:
✅ Damaged items
✅ Incorrect items
✅ Unopened items (case-by-case)
Important
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
When you reach out, please include:
your order number
a quick message about what happened
photos (if something arrived damaged)
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
